Jadescape

In May 2016,the Shunfu Ville land plot for $638 million, the third largest en-block seen in Singapore. Jadescape, as the new development is being called, will be transformed into 1200 homes kitted out with fully-integrated smart home technologies and an intelligent estate monitoring system.
